Off to School Again

I’ve written before about thinking about business school. Over the last year or so I’ve investigated schools and prepared for application. I knew that I wanted to keep working so I looked at part time MBA programs. There are lots of options with many parameters to consider; program emphasis, in-class to online balance, cost, schools rankings and reputation, and more. Through the process I found the IE Business School in Madrid, Spain and applied. Then I got in!

So beginning in April this year I’ll be enrolled in the Global MBA program with students from around the world. Most of the program is remote, with weekly remote classes and daily online collaboration. I will be spending 3 weeks in person at the Madrid campus and studying as much as I can. I’m really looking forward to learning, meeting new people, and growing professionally.
