Our tiny schnauzer was attacked by a coyote a couple of weeks ago. He escaped with some wounds, but will completely recover. The lesson I would hope he would come away with is, “There are creatures in this world I should not try to dominate.” The lesson it seems he has taken away is, “I have stared into the abyss and conquered. There is nothing I cannot bark into submission.”
